Erik Oberholtzer is chef, social entrepreneur and food activist. He is co-founder and chairman of Los Angeles-based Tender Greens, a healthy food restaurant chain. He is now part of Cohere where he advises other founders of food brands to help them do the same. He also has a unique goal-setting system called “The Ten Year Plan” to help others achieve their dreams
